Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
File maintenance, data processing and clerical.
Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail.
Answer telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries.
Managing company inventory including cars.
Track dates, deadlines, and maintain the calendar.
Accurately collect data and maintain it in appropriate databases.
Review and process invoices in a timely manner.
Assist the Supervisor with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed: Obtain estimates and parts price quotes, generate purchase orders, and coordinate drivers
Any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments
Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail.
Ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing and able to be proactive and take initiative when needed
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
