As an HR Executive, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your goal is to support a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibility:
- Recruitment: Help with the hiring process, including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and support a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and development plans.
- Training: Help coordinate training programs for employee growth.
- Compensation: Support in managing compensation and benefits.
- HR Policies: Assist in updating and communicating HR policies.
- Employee Engagement: Help develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Support the hiring and exit processes for employees.
- Reporting: Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR functions.
