As an HR Executive, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your goal is to support a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibility:

  • Recruitment: Help with the hiring process, including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and support a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and development plans.
  • Training: Help coordinate training programs for employee growth.
  • Compensation: Support in managing compensation and benefits.
  • HR Policies: Assist in updating and communicating HR policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Help develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Support the hiring and exit processes for employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR functions.
