Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Content Creation & Management
Content Planning: Assist in planning the monthly content calendar for both Trevabook.my and Wahdah.my to ensure posts are timely and relevant.
Content Production: Support the team in creating high-quality visuals, including basic photography, graphic design (Canva), and short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok).
Copywriting: Help write engaging captions and stories that connect with our audience, whether promoting a new book release or a new fashion collection.
Organization: Assist in organizing and maintaining a digital library of photos, videos, and graphics for both brands.
2. Social Media Management & Growth
Daily Operations: Support the daily management of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including scheduling posts and monitoring comments/DMs.
Trend Spotting: Research the latest social media trends, audio, and features, and suggest creative ways to adapt them for Trevabook and Wahdah.
3. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Campaign Support: Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions (e.g., Back-to-School, Raya), and special events.
Influencer Outreach: Help identify potential influencers, reviewers, and brand ambassadors to help amplify our brand message.
4. Analytics & Betterment (Optimization)
Data Tracking: Learn to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, and website clicks using analytics tools.
Reporting: Assist in compiling basic reports to understand what content works best, and suggest ideas for improvement based on data insights.
REQUIREMENTS
a) Preferably students who are studying for degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing Communications, Public Relation or related studies
b) Excellent writing and communication skills in English, is a must.
c) Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices.
d) Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
e) Someone who is passionate in writing, and has strong marketing creativity
f) Proficiency in MS Office/iWork and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
