Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure necessary resources are available.
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain databases.
- Assist in organizing and managing digital and physical files.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person events.
- Coordinate with the IT department for more complex issues.
- Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Be open to learning new technologies and tools.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Offer assistance and support to colleagues when needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least Diploma in specific field or equivalent
- Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh Melaka.
- Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual.
- No work experience required.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
