Job Description

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach potential customers.

  2. Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling, social media or responding to enquiries generated from advertisements, campaigns, websites etc.

  3. Follow up on leads via emails or phone calls and arrange for in-person meetings.

  4. Establish relationships with potential customers by identifying their needs and qualifying their interests and viability.

  5. Prepare and present service information, presentation decks and sales proposals to potential customers.

  6. Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest but did not follow through on the conversion.

  7. Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

  8. Build relationships with customers by understanding the key stakeholders, desired outcomes, appropriate experience and expectations.

  9. Take ownership of the key performance outcomes - customer acquisition and satisfaction as well as retention.

  10. Come up with strategies to onboard new customers in various ways depending on the type of customers and take a hands-on approach to ensure that customers are onboarded successfully.

  11. Be the voice of customers and advocate for their needs, working with the service team to come up with service features and solutions to create greater value for them.

  12. Drive a positive experience for the customers, leading to a high level of customer satisfaction.

  13. Responsible for renewals of customer contracts with the aim of high retention rate.

  14. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience.

  15. Create and review materials that will aid in achieving the above responsibilities.


REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Business Administration/ international Business/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Psychology/.

  2. Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of experience in customer success or sales & marketing

  3. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  4. Candidates should be detail-oriented, result-driven and analytical.

  5. Candidates must have strong customer focus.

  6. Ability to communicate well in English (both verbal and written) is essential.

  7. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

  8. Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.

  9. Excellent time management and organization
