Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
a) Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
b) Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
c) Assist in day-to-day payment, administrative and any finance related activities.
d) Assist in preparing daily report.
e) Assist in preparing company research report.
f) Assist in accounts receivables and account payables
g) Other key administrative functions and ad-hoc assignment in Account Department.
REQUIREMENTS
a) Candidate must process at least Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
b) Computer literacy and familiarized with accounting system is an advantage.
c) Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
d) Able to work independently
e) Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
f) Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
g) Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh Melaka.
h) Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual.
i) No work experience required.
