Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement business processes in Indonesia, including pricing structure, fleet management, and partnership development, with guidance and alignment from HQ.
• Monitor vehicle availability and allocation to ensure operational efficiency and margin optimization.
• Ensure partner compliance with company standards, operational requirements, and established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, operational expenses, and related reporting.
• Conduct training and provide operational guidance to staff, operational personnel, and business partners while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and corporate clients in Indonesia to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to strengthening operational performance within the Indonesia market.
• Prepare and submit timely operational reports, performance updates, and relevant business documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HQ to ensure smooth operational execution and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or International Business.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in any related Business Development portfolio.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively in meetings.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Excel/Google Sheets (preferred).
• Experience in drafting Business Proposals and conducting SWOT Analysis.
• Data-driven, research-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently with strong critical thinking skills.
