Duty and Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and ensure necessary resources are available.
Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain databases.
Assist in organizing and managing digital and physical files.
Coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person events.
Coordinate with the IT department for more complex issues.
Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Be open to learning new technologies and tools.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Offer assistance and support to colleagues when needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must process at least Diploma in specific field or equivalent
Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh Melaka.
Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual.
No work experience required.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
