Job Description:

As an Operations Intern, you will assist the Operations team in coordinating tasks and optimizing processes to ensure smooth workflow. This role provides valuable experience in managing inventory, analyzing data, and contributing to operational efficiency within our organization.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Assist the Operations team in coordinating and executing tasks to maintain smooth workflows and efficient processes.
• Learn to manage inventory levels and monitor stock movement, collaborating with relevant departments.
• Support the team in analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Participate in planning and executing projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Help maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
• Learn about quality control processes and assist in ensuring products meet established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest in operational processes, logistics, and project management.
• Willingness to work at our Langkawi Island location.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
• Previous experience is not mandatory but would be advantageous.
