Job Description:

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Business Development team to support market research, client acquisition, and the creation of business proposals. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving business growth and developing valuable market insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to conduct market research, identify potential clients, and gather market insights.
• Assist in creating compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales materials for client interactions.
• Support the team in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database.
• Help monitor and manage sales leads, pursue prospects, and maintain clear communication records.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for business expansion.
• Learn to analyze industry trends and competitor activities, providing data to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to preparing progress reports, forecasts, and documents for internal and external use.
• Engage in additional tasks and special projects to support the goals of the Business Development Department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Keen interest in business development and staying attuned to market trends.
• Willingness to work at our Langkawi Island location.
• Analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Prior experience is not required but would be a valuable addition.
