Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to assist with vehicle delivery and pick-up for our car rental service. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe transportation of vehicles to clients while maintaining the cleanliness and condition of each vehicle. The Driver will also assist with customer service by answering questions and providing local area insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver and pick up rental vehicles as scheduled, ensuring prompt service to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, including receipts for repairs, oil changes, and other upkeep.
• Report any accidents, vehicle damage, or injuries immediately to the supervisor or manager.
• Keep all vehicles in excellent condition by regularly washing and cleaning both the interior and exterior.
• Collect clients from designated locations, ensuring punctual service.
• Provide courteous and helpful information to clients regarding the local area, including recommendations for attractions, dining, and places of interest.
• Ensure adherence to traffic laws and maintain a safe driving environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional Driver, ideally within the car rental or transportation industry.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and routes.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting, such as loading and unloading luggage or packages.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• A courteous, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure traffic situations (e.g., during rush hour).
