Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for promoting and advertising products, services, or brands using various online platforms and channels. Digital marketers leverage the power of the internet and digital technologies to reach and engage with a target audience, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales and revenue.


  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals of the organization. 
  • Oversee the management and optimization of company websites.
  • Create and distribute valuable content to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Manage and leverage social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive website traffic.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  • Manage search engine marketing campaigns, such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads. They conduct keyword research, create and optimize ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize conversion rates by analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and implementing strategies to improve website conversion funnels.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display ads, social media ads, and native advertising.
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Contributes to the development of associates by guiding, coaching, motivating supporting and assisting selected number of associates;
  • Undertakes any other tasks that immediate supervisor/Management may assign from time to time.


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Facebook Ads/Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, SEM.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
