Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing dedicated and administrative/secretarial support to CEO through proper planning, organizing and implementation with the objective of achieving business goals.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Support and assist the CEO in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative and confidential matters.
Organize and attend meetings with prior preparations.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangement i.e., flights, hotel reservations and others.
Maintain good working order to all business correspondences, records and administrative facilities which include mail, fax distribution, filing/document keeping.
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to other personnel or respective parties.
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action/outstanding items.
Assist in maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business purposes.
Liaise with relevant organizations and clients.
Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Director or management.
Assist and support in day to day HR and Admin operation, activities and projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Certificate or higher in Secretarial / Business Management studies.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google workspace application.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Pleasant personality and ability to work independently.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentially at all time.
Ability to control and maintain multi-task efficiently.
